Got questions about booking, pricing, or how the rental process works? Here’s everything you need to know – if you don’t see your answer, feel free to reach out to us directly.
We ask for at least 1 week's notice so we can prepare your totes and schedule your delivery. Weekend drop-offs are ideal, but evening drop-offs during the week are also available.
Every package includes a full 1-week rental, starting from your delivery date. Need more time? You can add an extra week for $30.
For certain rentals, a security deposit may apply. If required, the amount will be agreed upon before delivery and listed separately from your rental price - no surprises.
No problem - we still deliver. Locations outside our standard service area are charged an additional $1.50 per mile, calculated automatically at checkout.
Payment is collected upon delivery, once your totes arrive at your door.
Just let us know - you can extend your rental by an additional week for $30, no need to rebook from scratch.
